The Junior League of Arlington is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
The Junior League of Arlington (JLA) is one of 293 member leagues throughout Canada, Mexico, the UK and the USA. Collectively, the Association of Junior Leagues is one of the largest, most effective volunteer organizations in the world. JLA reaches out to women age 21 or over, of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in, and a commitment to, voluntarism.

Our members' ages range seven decades from their 20s - 80s.
Approximately 70% of our members work outside the home.
Our members live not only in Arlington, but also in the surrounding communities such as Mansfield, Fort Worth, Cedar Hill, Dallas, Duncanville, Grapevine, HEB, Southlake, Colleyville, Burleson, Grand Prairie, Irving and Kennedale.
